Terms and Conditions – Quantum Breathwork Subscription

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern your subscription to the monthly/yearly Quantum breathwork subscription ("the Service") offered by Quantum Global Ops ("we", "us", "our"). By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Subscription Details
   1. The subscription provides access to weekly breathwork sessions/live group calls/audio recordings, etc., delivered online.
   2. Access is granted from the date of subscription confirmation and automatically renews every month, unless cancelled.
   3. The subscription fee is USD $39.80 per month, and USD $477.60 inclusive of taxes.

3. Payment and Renewal
   1. Payment is processed automatically on a recurring monthly or yearly basis via credit card, PayPal, or other supported platforms.
   2. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in Kajabi or by contacting our customer support team.
   3. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be completed at least 30 days prior to your next billing date.
   4. No refunds are offered for partial months or unused portions of a subscription.

4. Cancellation and Refunds
   1. No change-of-mind refunds will be provided once the monthly subscription cycle begins.

5. Access and Usage
   1. Subscription is for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.
   2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse, abuse, or unauthorised sharing is identified.

6. Health Disclaimer
   1. The breathwork program is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
   2. By subscribing, you confirm you are physically and mentally able to participate. If you have health concerns, please consult a medical professional before beginning.

7. Intellectual Property
   1. All content provided under this subscription (videos, audio, worksheets, etc.) is the intellectual property of [Your Business Name] and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
   1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in the breathwork sessions. Participation is at your own risk.
   2. You must not engage in breathwork practices while driving, operating any vehicle, machinery, or in any situation where impaired awareness could cause harm to yourself or others.
9. Changes to Terms
   1. We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Notice of changes will be provided via email or posted on our website.
10. Indemnity & Safety

You acknowledge and agree that by subscribing and participating, you voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may arise.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quantum Global Ops, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal costs) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your participation in the breathwork sessions;
• Any breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Any reliance on information, techniques, or practices shared during the program.

It is your responsibility to ensure a safe environment and to consult a licensed medical professional before engaging in breathwork, particularly if you have a history of cardiovascular conditions, respiratory issues, epilepsy, trauma, mental illness, or are pregnant.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta, Europe. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of Malta courts.
